Frontend package manager. The original way to install jQuery, Bootstrap, and Angular 1.x.
What happened?
npm and Webpack replaced Bower's use case entirely. Maintainers recommended switching to npm/yarn.

npm or yarn for all frontend packages. All Bower packages are on npm.
